Ho acquistato in modo semplice e affidabile.

Requirements as stated by the manufacturer for this product. If you are unsure about your computer, write to us before you buy: we answer the same day, and if the program will not run on your system we will not sell it to you.
The installer is downloaded from the manufacturer’s official portal. We send you the link in the delivery email, together with the key: that way you download exactly the version your licence is for, without hunting around and without risking an installer from just any site.
Installation runs through a wizard and needs no technical skill · Windows, Mac. You need administrator rights on the computer and an internet connection. If you have an earlier version of the same program, uninstall it first: it is the most frequent cause of activations that fail.
There is no code to type in. We link the licence to the email address you gave with your order: you receive the invitation from Autodesk, sign in with that address (or create the free account, if you do not have one) and the program is active. If you would rather register it to a different address, write to us before you start: changing it afterwards is possible, but it goes through Autodesk and takes longer.
If activation does not work, write to us: we connect to your computer and do it together. If the invitation does not arrive, or the email address is wrong, we send it again ourselves.

Yes. They are manufacturer licences with a valid activation code registered on their servers. You get the key and the invoice: if the code does not activate, we replace it.
We buy in volume and resell electronic licences: no box, no warehouse, no shipping. That is where the saving comes from, not from the licence quality.
By card or Revolut it arrives by email within seconds of payment. By bank transfer it goes out as soon as we see the money, usually within one working day.
Always. At checkout tick “I need an invoice” and fill in your details: Italian companies need a VAT number and an SDI code or PEC, EU companies get their VAT number checked against the VIES register.
Sign in, open “My licences” and press “Request replacement”. You can attach a screenshot of the error — with that we fix it first time. Replacement is free.
It depends on the product. Windows and Office are mostly lifetime licences tied to the computer. Antivirus and Autodesk suites are 1, 2 or 3 year subscriptions: your account shows the expiry date and we warn you in advance.
Yes for lifetime licences: it reactivates on the same computer. If you change machine, write to us and we help you move it where the manufacturer allows.
Credit and debit cards through Revolut (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfer. Card details never pass through our servers.
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content already delivered, but if the key does not work we replace or refund it. See the “Right of withdrawal” page.
Yes, free of charge: email, WhatsApp and chat, Mon–Fri 9–13 and 15–18. If needed we also help remotely with the installation.
