What are cookies
Cookies are small data files stored by the browser on the user's device. On each new visit, the browser sends them back to the site to provide a smoother experience aligned with the user's preferences.
Technical cookies
They allow the site to work correctly; without them it would not be possible to provide the requested services. They are used to:
- store the cart with the items to purchase;
- allow access to restricted areas without re-entering credentials each time;
- remember actions already performed by the user during the session (e.g. completing a form).
Analytics cookies
They help us understand how the site is used (pages visited, navigation paths, any errors) in order to improve its usability. The information collected is analysed in aggregate form and does not allow individual users to be identified.

OpenAI Ads campaign measurement
The OpenAI Ads Pixel and its Conversions API remain inactive until you accept marketing cookies. If you reject, we do not send advertising events to OpenAI. On withdrawal the Pixel stops immediately; once withdrawal is technically acknowledged, no new server-side send can start. Events already transmitted cannot be recalled.
After consent we may measure product views, cart additions, checkout starts and paid purchases. For a purchase we send event and order IDs, SKU, product, quantity, total and currency. To improve attribution, email, customer ID, first name and last name are sent only as SHA-256 hashes; when available, country, city, postal code, IP address and user agent are also sent. We do not send street address, phone number or payment details.
Before you choose, oppref may be kept only in internal-page addresses so a reload does not lose it: it is not written to cookies/localStorage or sent to OpenAI, and is removed if you reject. After consent, lo_oppref and lo_ads_subject last up to 90 days; the subject lifetime is refreshed at checkout to cover, without exceeding, the order-snapshot retention. On withdrawal, the technical lo_ads_revoke_pending cookie keeps only the random subject strictly needed to complete it across reloads and is deleted on acknowledgement or within 90 days. The database stores only the subject hash and its withdrawal tombstone for the same limit. lo_ads_consent stores your choice for 12 months.
