Ho acquistato da questo sito una licenza MS365, la risposta è stata immediata, le credenziali mi sono arrivate alcune ore dopo come preavvisato nella mail di conferma. Avevo già acquistato lo scorso anno analogo prodotto ed ho ripetuto l'esperienza perché ho avuto un problema sul precedente acquisto che mi è stato prontamente risolto, a distanza di un anno, dall'assistenza clienti. Motivo per il quale, avendo avuto la necessità di un nuovo acquisto, non ho esitato a ricontattarli.

Ho acquistato il prodotto pochi giorni fa anche per la necessità di avere un'ampia capacità di archiviazione su OneDrive (100 GB). Purtroppo, a distanza di solo 5 giorni dall'acquisto, ho scoperto che la licenza che ho acquistato non è un normale account Microsoft "Consumer" ma è un account Aziendale/Organizzativo e che l'organizzazione ha raggiunto il limite massimo di archiviazione consentito da Microsoft per tutti i suoi utenti messi insieme. Se l'assistenza di Licenze Originali non risolverà il problema, mi vedrò costretto a richiedere il rimborso.

In data 27/01/2026 acquistate 3 licenze Office 2021 distinte e non un office multi licenza. Mi inviano un unico codice per 3 licenze. Ho contattato chiedendo 3 key differenti, in base al tipo di ordine effettuato, spiegando che sono per 3 persone distinte, ma niente.

Installation runs through a wizard and needs no technical skill · Windows, Mac. You need administrator rights on the computer and an internet connection. If you have an earlier version of the same program, uninstall it first: it is the most frequent cause of activations that fail.
There is no code to type in. We link the licence to the email address you gave with your order: you receive the invitation from Autodesk, sign in with that address (or create the free account, if you do not have one) and the program is active. If you would rather register it to a different address, write to us before you start: changing it afterwards is possible, but it goes through Autodesk and takes longer.
If activation does not work, write to us: we connect to your computer and do it together. If the invitation does not arrive, or the email address is wrong, we send it again ourselves.
