Licenze Originali products are digital software licences: nothing physical is shipped. Delivery is electronic, after payment confirmation.
Delivery times
- Kaspersky products: instant delivery.
- All other products: delivery within a maximum of 12/24 hours.
How you receive the licence
The licence is sent by email (and is also available in your account on the site). Together with the licence you receive the product key and the link to the step-by-step installation guide.
Make sure you entered a correct email address: the licence is sent there. If you can't find it, please also check your SPAM folder.
Customer responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete data (especially the email address). Any delays caused by incorrect information are not attributable to the seller.
